1. Agreement
By accessing sentari.dev or using Sentari software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Sentari on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. License
Sentari software is licensed, not sold. Your use is governed by the specific license agreement accompanying your purchase or pilot agreement. The website content is provided for informational purposes.
3. Pilot Program
Pilot access is provided for evaluation purposes under a separate Pilot Agreement. Pilot licenses are time-limited and may not be used for production workloads unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Data & Privacy
Sentari is deployed on your infrastructure. We do not access, collect, or process your operational data. See our Privacy Policy for details on website data handling.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sentari is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
